From James Beard Award-Winning Chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette,
comes a global tapas restaurant in the heart of Central Square Cambridge. 

Heavily influenced by global cuisine and local market fare, Little Donkey's ever changing menu provides guests the opportunity to sample food from all over the world. The menu is complimented by an extensive wine, cocktail and rotating beer selection.

Little Donkey serves Lunch, Dinner, Saturday & Sunday Brunch, as well as a late-night menu. Our restaurant is open daily, and able to seat 90 at tables, with additional communal high-tops and bar seats.

JAMIE BISSONNETTE

Jamie Bissonnette is the James Beard Award-winning chef and partner of Boston favorites Coppa, an Italian enoteca, and Toro, the Barcelona-style tapas bar. Toro also has a homes in New York City, Bangkok, Thailand, and Dubai. Bissonnette was awarded the inaugural People’s Choice: Best New Chef award by Food & Wine magazine. In May 2014, he was honored with the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Northeast. In 2016, Bissonnette opened Little Donkey in Cambridge, MA. Visit Jamie's website.

KEN ORINGER

Chef Ken Oringer is one of Boston's most notable chefs. A James Beard Award-winner, Oringer has built an empire of restaurants inspired by his travels around the world: Tsukiji Fish Market-style Uni sashimi bar and Italian enoteca Coppa in Boston; as well as Barcelona tapas bar Toro in Boston, NYC, Bangkok, and Dubai.
